Request deletion of your data
You can ask DAILY ICT SOLUTIONS to delete an account and associated personal information using the steps below.

Send your request
Email privacy@dailyictsolutions.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Data deletion request.”

Identify the relevant account
Include your full name, business name, account email, and—if relevant—only the last four digits of the connected business phone number. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or full identity documents.

Complete verification
We will reply with a verification step where needed. This protects accounts from unauthorised deletion requests.

Receive confirmation
After verification, we will process the request and send confirmation within the period required by applicable law. Timing can vary where identity, authority, legal retention, or a business customer's instructions must be confirmed.
What deletion covers
Depending on the account and request, deletion may cover profile details, saved connection identifiers, locally stored message and template records, operational metadata, and support information linked to the account.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, financial records, or other legal obligations. The completion record should document the reason and duration for any retained item. If backups are enabled in the deployed service, copies may remain until the documented backup rotation completes.
Data held by another provider
Deleting information from DAILY ICT SOLUTIONS does not automatically delete information held independently by a third-party messaging provider or by the business that originally contacted you. You may need to contact that organisation or provider separately.
