Before you write

Help us resolve the issue quickly

Include:

  • Your account email
  • The page and action involved
  • Approximate date and time
  • Any visible error message
Keep credentials private. Never email passwords, app secrets, access tokens, or complete authentication headers. We will not ask for your password.

We aim to acknowledge ordinary support requests within two business days. Urgent security reports are prioritised.
