1. Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
The service provides tools for authorised business users to configure messaging resources, create templates, initiate messages, and review operational results. Features may depend on third-party platforms and may change as those platforms, applicable rules, or our service evolve.
Access to our service does not guarantee approval, continued access, message delivery, or any status from a third-party platform. Users remain responsible for satisfying the platform terms and policies that apply to their accounts and communications.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, limit access to authorised personnel, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
4. Messaging responsibilities
Before sending any message, you must:
- have a valid lawful basis and any required recipient permission;
- identify the sending business accurately;
- use templates and message categories honestly;
- respect opt-outs and other recipient preferences without delay;
- avoid excessive frequency, misleading content, or prohibited goods and services; and
- comply with applicable laws, industry rules, and third-party platform policies.
You may use a free-form text message only where the relevant service window and platform rules permit it. You are responsible for confirming that condition before sending.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the service to send spam, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, malware, deceptive promotions, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights. You must not bypass security controls, probe systems without written permission, share access credentials, scrape the service, or misrepresent platform approval or affiliation.
6. Customer content and instructions
You retain responsibility for the content and recipient data you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to process that information to operate and support the service. You confirm that your instructions and content are lawful and do not violate another person's rights.
7. Third-party services
The workspace may interact with external messaging, infrastructure, or authentication services. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, and decisions. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or outages outside our reasonable control.
8. Service changes and suspension
We may update, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We may suspend access to protect recipients, investigate misuse or security risk, comply with law, respond to a third-party restriction, or address a material breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The service, interface, documentation, and DAILY ICT SOLUTIONS branding are owned by us or our licensors. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for authorised business purposes.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where such exclusion is permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Ending use
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including those concerning ownership, responsibility for prior activity, and legal limitations—survive termination.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@dailyictsolutions.com.
